any way to get rid of this enchantment?

I get that you could read it but the great thing about game design, is you can teach a player about your game by them playing the game. Brand new players coming to this game for the first time have so much to learn and figure out. I'm not surprised that this has been a common complaint about enchanting. Maybe a warning message or at the very least, a way to disenchant your item with currency or a lab run.

" Nope, read the wiki you noob casual scum. /sarcasm |

I also runined my gloves with lab enchant :/ would be great to have an optiion to roll it back or even simple dialoque if we are willing to remove the mod on the gear :/ I was thinking it will add an enchant, not delete my ability :/ Now i have some crap instead of 16% spell dmg. Just damn...

" The game DOES teach you this lesson. When you fuck up a pair of boots by adding an enchant that writes over an implicit, you learn how it works. U MAD?

" They (implicits) are balanced as an alternative to enchantments. " Game lacks 'communication skills'. No wonder it's lost, it's in the middle of the jungle!

" I wonder which enchant is balanced against 16% spell dmg. I think there should be dialogue about removing the stat. Game has dialogues for way less important things | |
" Wasnt trying to say that they (enchantments) are always better than implicits. Lets try to math it: If you have 300% inc spell damage then 16% inc equal 4% more damage. There are some glove enchants which let you kill stuff just by using movement skill. Every 5 seconds. Whether thats properly viable depends on build. But continuing the math. You need 5 casts per second over 5 seconds to get one extra cast of main skill (in terms of DPS). So even if the glove enchant is a lot less powerful than main skill cast - realistically you will not get anywhere near 5 casts per second for most builds. And the offensive glove enchantments (which I implied) are usually considered the weaker ones. Good ones for most builds: Spite, Reflection The others are more build dependent. Grave, War can (supposedly) be very good. Currently I am using Blades and it is more helpful to me than any of the implicits would be. No wonder it's lost, it's in the middle of the jungle!

@Zrevnur: Thanks for the explanation. I know its not that big deal to loose 16% spell dmg (Im doing vaal spark atm) but it just pitty and i felt bad about it. Dunno if current enchant is any good for me tho - decree of fury on hit, I guess not :)

" Fury is a damage enchantment. Especially for (some of the) damage enchantments you want 'Commandment'. Although it does not make much of a difference for the 'Fury' one. More importantly 'Fury' is based on 'attack damage'. So its probably close to useless for your build. You can see some details here: http://poedb.tw/us/mod.php?type=enchantment&an=gloves For enchantment which you use you can see details in character screen. No wonder it's lost, it's in the middle of the jungle!

^^ Thanks
edit: So in the end it seems I got decent glove enchant in uber lab :) https://www.pathofexile.com/account/view-profile/coyd/characters "Commandment of blades on hit" - Deals 1833 to 2903 phys dmg - Fires 3 projectiles - Chain +4 times That skill sometimes oneshot whole mob back only by me moving around, bcause its also triggered by herald's of thunder lightning bolt + herald of ice aoe effect is triggered as well by the kill. Also its considered a projectile and I have a lot of + projectile dmg + piercing on my tree. So it just turned out to be pretty good ;) edit2: As u can see on the screen its really doin some damage ;) ![]() Last edited by coyd#6278 on Feb 17, 2017, 1:55:07 AM
