this is just my opinion but id wait and farm up some more... for the gear i bought i had to spend the equivalent of a head hunter to get it where it is now. you can probably get a budget version going ofc but i just wanted mine as high as i could get it

my ice golem suffers the same fate .. im also curious how to run reflect? at the bottom of this guide it says just grab a ruby flask but how is that going to let me run reflect map/mobs? sorry for what may be noob questions, i've only been playing a month or so.


You answer both your questions the ice golem should be placed on your cast when damage taken set up, this basically keeps the golem up most of the time because every time you suffer damage a fresh golem is summoned at full life.

Also keep in mind that the golem is only supplementary and it not being present doesn't make or break the build. This also takes care of you having to resummon it and you don't spend mana for it to be summoned this way regardless of its level.

And the key with dealing with reflect is two parts. One you need both purity of lightning and purity of fire at level 20 or more. This gives you +4 to your max resistance and allows you to tank most of your incoming reflect damage. Second have a ruby flask and topaz flask also stacks with the purifies to practically make you immune to reflect. You need only pop them when you see a rare enemy to ensure you don't die to a random reflect mob and that's it.

I haven't looked into aim's build too much but from some quick skimming through it I can tell you that he clears with cyclone and uses different auras and links. I personally don't see the reason for them so I went with what I went with. I can tell you that this build has faster clearspeed though. I'm sure his build has its upsides too, but you'd have to ask him.

i was looking over the crit multis in the shop. why would we want crit multi for cold skills? wouldnt it only benefit us if we were using frenzy charges? or does it still apply to discharge even if we dont use cold? confused as i was sure we only used cold on the weapon to make endurances and power charges do more dmg

Great guide, I got my guy to 86 now, and it's really efficient and really fun !

A question though : why do we use Pcoc in our chest? Isn't it the whole point of Voll's Protector to generate Power Charges any time we crit anyway?

Check the pcoc vs no pcoc video, think of it kind of like 100% power charge generation version ~150%.

It's not exactly 150% because pcoc works differently than volls. But you get the idea. We rarely discharge on full power charges so extra power charges don't hurt.

mad what is ur hit chance btw on ur pathfinder. i find myself at 92% if im lucky. dunno if thats how it just has to be or if thats pretty good. i tried to do hall of grandmaster but one of the builds had so much evasion that it took 8-10 spins till id hit him and if i ran to regen es, hed start recovering life x.x

my discharge is viewable but idk if its just cause their build just had insane evasion or if its something i did wrong...
