Is this kind of macro allowed?

Why not change terms of use? There is no pvp that would suffer from macros. I am getting carpal tunnel in my left arm cause I split hand from shift button to 1-5 numbers up and tab button.

I would even be fine with something that enables me to use a skill without target and that it isn't shift.

Numlock solution seems totally awful, using space to stand still seems a bit better. Any other ways to use a right click skill so that it casts without shift?

Nah, you're performing only one action "attack in place". If you were using 2 flasks with 1 button press, that'd be 2 actions.

It's the same as allowing logout macros. The macro sends multiple keypresses/mousecommands to the server, but only 1 action is achieved.

While i agree and im pretty sure you are in fact right just to be safe i would e-mail support just to be 100% sure about this. I would hate for anyone to lose their account just because we THINK we are right but turn out to be very wrong and at the end of the day it is GGGs final call and if they dont see it this way then there lies the problem. Know what i mean? \m/

I cant bind move only to left click or any mouse button, im actively using 6 skills + 5 flasks while playing, putting move on left click messes with the rotation and all other skill casting. It is only good for builds that use 1-2 skills, which my is not.

Tried to play that way and while it solves the shift button, game is unplayable that way.

I'd personally say it falls foul of what GGG have said as it involves using 2 keys (attack in place and attack)
