Is this kind of macro allowed?

I'm playing an earthquake berserker build and find it very annoying to have to press Shift and Right click at the same time, for the character to use EQ at his current location.

So i'm wondering, is it allowed to use a macro that "presses" Shift + Right click, binding them both to Right click?

I'm afraid of the banhammer if it's not allowed, so...yeah, better find out first.

Only performs 1 server side action, no problems at all.

Doesn't pressing two keys at the same time mean two server actions?

Nah, you're performing only one action "attack in place". If you were using 2 flasks with 1 button press, that'd be 2 actions.

It's the same as allowing logout macros. The macro sends multiple keypresses/mousecommands to the server, but only 1 action is achieved.

I moved the shift standing option to spacebar, pretty handy if you're used to play fps.
Most likely the client doesn't send the shift key to the server at all. Rather it sets an internal flag and uses it to decide whether to send a "move and attack" or "attack in place" command to the server when a skill is used.

Same thing with a logout macro. It sends multiple input events to the client in order to open the menu and click the logout button, but in the end only one command is sent to the server as the menu is local to the client.
I'm pretty sure it's not allowed. Just email support and they will tell you for sure, though.
Face it, all of your suggestions are worse than this idea:

This should be totally fine. The bannable macros are those that perform more than one server-side action with the press of a single button (ie. pressing one macro to use flasks 1, 2, 3, 4, 5).

I have 5 buttons on my mouse so I was able to set my shift key to "Mouse 4" instead.
