where did you take enough dex for vortex?

How do you meet dex requirement for bv if your tree only gives 74 and you dont have dex in items?

Hello,
First, I want to say that I really appriciate the effort you put in your guides. They are extremely helpfull. To my question: Isn't this Passive Tree set up better for this build. It provides less phys. and spell dmg but more Crit. Strike Chance and +1 Power Charge. And another "optimised" version from which you get: 54% less CS Multiplier but 50% more CS for Spells 45% more CS Multiplier for Spells 10% more ES with the same amount of points.
