Please remove blood magic mod from maps.

Elemental Equilibrium isn't that hard to work around O-o, but yeah BM is a pain for CI builds.

Yep, Ele equilibrium at its worst is just a damage debuff. It's only 25%. It's like 'monsters have x% increased life' or something. The increased resist mods are much harder to deal with.

"x% less" (to include EE) isn't a full-on sabotage, but a challenge. I consider it to be fair game, because every little node of investment still does something. It's the mods which invalidate investment completely which are problematic.

A good litmus test is: if you could point out passive tree nodes and/or gear mods which provide literally zero benefit within a map with a particular affix, then that affix is bad.

I don't like them either, but they're monster attributes rather than things that sabotage your build. To be fair, I think these map mods, along with max resist lowering mods, should apply to ALL creatures in the map, allies and foes alike.
Mods like this exist to incentivize:
Making multiple characters
Sinking more currency into rolling
Trading

They aren't going away
When I kill a man he stays dead.
No regen is far worse for regen based characters, it is much more common imo.

Oh lets just invalidate your way of sustain completely, who cares if you put points to get decent life regen :\
