Sao Paulo gateway problems again

Someone else posted troubles with that gateway, and the problem in your case seems to be the same.
At this portion of your route: |embratel-T0-4-5-0-tacc01.cas.embratel.net.br - 71 | 24 | 7 | 18 | 26 | 44 | 25 | |ebt-T0-13-0-4-tcore01.cas.embratel.net.br - 71 | 24 | 7 | 137 | 140 | 148 | 148 | At that point of your route, you see latency spike up dramatically, and it never recovers. It looks like you are hitting a node / link that is either overloaded or malfunctioning. Because the route to the other gateways would be routed differently, you probably avoid that node entirely. It's like trying to drive to the store to get food. Everything is fine at the store, but you are driving through road works when trying to get there. When connecting to the other gateways, it's like a longer drive, but there is no road work in between. So you still get there faster. I suck at analogies. Sorry. You could try contacting your ISP, but if there is no clean routes to the gateway, they may not be able to do anything about it. Edit- fixed spelling. "I would have listened... The test posted in the link you provided have major problems at the second hop.
Ignore the latency for the first test, it's showing as 70%+ packet loss the second and third test show also show crazy high packet loss from that point on coupled with high latency. I'd say that's your problem, waiting it out may work temporarily but it'll very likely crop up again and again until you get it fixed properly Ancestral Bond. It's a thing that does stuff. -Vipermagi

" Damn, you are right. I completely overlooked that. I say the spike in latency and missed the packet loss throughout. Hey guys! Sorry again that I missed the packet loss issue, but the additional posts to this thread also have the latency spike that I did manage to mention in my initial post. That seems to be the source of some problems for multiple users. I don't KNOW what is going on. However, the problem seems to exist on the 'embratel' network.
At this point, there exists too many folks with similar problems to ignore the similarity. I don't know a lot about this embratel company. It was suggested they are having problems because of the Paralympic games being around. I cant confirm this, but if it is a known issue in the area, I'd be interested in details. I don't understand what you guys said about the packet loss. Is the packet loss you are refering to a problem with me only or also on the embratel thingy and everyone shows the same in the test? Because i don't have any packet loss at all on any tests or any games. It shows 0% on everything. I am only having problems with the path of exile server.
EDIT: Ohh nvm, i am retarded. The test you guys are talking about is the one provided from the OP on the reddit post, which isn't me.
