"Hand me downs are common in guild stashes. So quite a lot of them aren't being sold. Guild Leader The Amazon Basin <BASIN>

"What? You mean to tell me that nobody ever wants something different than somebody else? Maybe the person that was using it didn't need the implicit so put an enchant on. The person who gets it out of the guild stash might want that implicit. The same way they might want to change the socket colors or links. " That is essentially saying that you think its ok that they want a different piece of gear and should be able to transform it easily into one. I guess if someone finds pair of boots but doesnt care for the implicit and it rolls amazing stats, then I guess I can't blame them for rolling over the implicit, but if they are in guild stash then chances are they arent that amazing and getting hand me downs instead of investing into your own gear never really works right anyway. Like I said I'm not opposed to blessed orbs removing them from these bases specifically, but overall think that people that enchant these new bases do so either not knowing the effects or do so with the knowledge that it will replace an implicit, which obviously reduces the value. https://youtu.be/T9kygXtkh10?t=285

" It's not about being stupid. It unfairly punishes newer players who don't know this mechanic is in place. It should at the very least mention that doing so will remove the implicit enchant on your item. I made this mistake and I can't even begin to explain how infuriating it was realizing I ruined a pair of gloves worth an exalt because there were no warnings about this mechanic.
