Is he unwilling to make his own public statement about it? You can't blame them, with the recent wave of hacks. But still...

Some of us have contributed a lot of money to PoE's development, either by getting supporter packs, buying cash shop currency, or other ways. I've easily pumped almost $250+ into it. So while this program would be damn handy to have, so very very handy, I just can't justify the potential risk that I could get my account hijacked or banned.

I applaud the work put into it, and I hope it's a success.

When we first released Procurement it was right in the middle of the Season 1 Race events being announced, as well as the security changes, so Chris only replied to my messages recently with the above quote, but I do agree that an official endorsement would be great, although I'm not sure if it would happen.

Despite a lot of the comments in this thread, we've had a very positive response, and a lot of great feedback and ideas from the community.

We have a lot of improvements planned for v0.0.6, and will continue to work on and improve Procurement!

It's worth noting that I've posted this using my closed beta, supporter account with which I've made a number of micro-transaction purchases. Not a free account that was registered yesterday.

Thanks! We only launched a few days ago, so hadn't really thought about it, but if you have something you'd like to contribute, we'd definitely like to hear it!
