You're seeing dropped packets on the very first hop after your router. That points to your ISP being the problem, specifically an issue with the network hardware at that address, most likely located within your local, neighborhood box. Contact your ISP to resolve it.

I know i have not bought supporter packages but it's not really tempting doing so either when the game runs like this and the response is non-existant.
I can't express enough how frustrating this is, even if you play on softcore it's still a race and losing experience like russion roulette is not a part of the gamecore - or is it?

Please keep in mind that this Tech Support forum is mostly community-driven. GGG employees do poke their heads in here sometimes to help, but if you want GGG's help you should click on the "Contact Support" link at the top of the page and submit a support request. Due do your WinMTR report, it's still pointing to an issue with your ISP, not with GGG's servers.

Also, GGG supports all users, regardless of MTX points spent or supporter packs.

Yes it is my WinMTR report.

However i do apologize but with lag i was not mainly referring to MS but to fps drops(insane such).
Been monitoring it carefully and every now and then when i drop totems i go from 250-300 down to 100, and in some cases way lower than that, which then causes a massive lag so the character either end up running like a maniac all over the map after a few seconds, or it just "lag" or i end up dc.

Either way, it's a living gamekiller for the experience. I love this game and i don't want to stop playin it, i can't.. I'm addicted!
