I'd be fired if I didn't have a back-up plan to my back-up plan if my back-up plan failed ... It blows my mind in this day when a gaming company does a release and doesn't have back up servers in place.

You don't order them when the problem happens ... you anticipate the problem and have it ready as a fail-safe. Yes, it's an investment but worth it when stuff like this happens.

I have been stuck at 7269 in queue for almost an hour. This is fundamentally unfair. I have supported this game since closed beta with donations, and I am very disappointed.
