Severe Server Problems

My game is not even starting after the patch.
I get and error and it closes.
Come on GGG. Address this issue.

In both cases players have the option to refund if the game is unplayable thanks to Steam's refund policy. As a note, based on my 'c' that I put regarding refunds, practically every game that is available through steam is disqualified because Steam has a refund policy. You might want to say 'but Steam's refund policy has conditions.' But honestly, if a game is completely unplayable for you, (the key word is back), then you should be refunding the game before you play it for 2 hours or meet any other restrictions that I may not know of. You can do this for practically every game regardless of the service nowadays, even if you have to charge back through a credit/debit card.

This is completely different from GGG that does not give refunds. Or at least from my knowledge, it's substantially harder to get a refund for any Path of Exile release related purchase (supporter pack specifically) compared to refunding a Steam purchase. Most likely the people that already bought Supporter Packs are not going to be able to get refunds.

I could go on, and really research the GGG refund policy in-depth, but I think I've made my point.

why is it that every other sever is able to get in, albeit slowly, but Washington server hasnt moved in over 2 hours. Sitting at 3912 and have been for 2 hours.

Chris is clearly lying. There are thousands of players in queues and he says 95% in game. The queue on amsterdam alone was over 70k an hour ago.

Good luck... I've been able to login twice, booted back to login within seconds both times.

oh man ..why did i hit d exit button..I didn't know there was a server-queue-error.. was already lvling for an hr but having error with the filter and It felt incomplete.. tried to fix with re-dl or re-copy-pasting the file and restart game. boom.. error x 7435 .. hahaha..

I know GGG will fix this...I just hope asap.. hope its just a matter of minutes not hrs, days, wks..im sure they anticipated this to happen since its launching day again..we all did.. unless this is ur 1st league.. well..nothing for us to do but to wait.. and for them to fix it.. hurry up GGG.. the update is great enough for me.. smooth playing felt (using a low-end 2core) n I luv d new look of d tree..

Each fucking league same shit GGG , im tired of this quitting POE , you are your own boss you can delay the release a few days if youre not ready for allocate all the players or if you have any problem instead this shit . no way many ppl can play and others no , is just unfair for people who want race .

maybe buy your own servers? maybe solve all this problems before new leagues instead release new expansions??? all the work you did with balance and improvements was honestly great , but 5 years after you have the same server issues every time!!! you maybe solve that instead release new expansion first.... this is just unfair if 5% of players cant play you should shut down servers untill you can allow to play everyone. is just retarded . My opinion
