Mjolner, Volls Devotion and Protector.. Hue

Bahaha they have tanked a 3rd of their price in hours, volls devotion is down to 10 ex ! Legacy mjolners are in the 30's and a 6link protector might as well be charsi food.

RIP IN KEKS. The flippers that hoarded volls devotions for the past year and a bit are the ones that got rick rolled the hardest here.

I had always wanted to try a voll amulet with a cold snap build using romira's ring so that I could generate maximum endurance charges (and maintain them indefinitely), but with how expensive it was to get one, it was just simpler to go Templar+Heirophant. No longer! Hopefully this will open up different options and let me do Elementalist as well.

This attitude is bad for the game and bad for your mental health as well. I don't think I have to explain why getting pleasure from other people's negative experience is not a good psychological trait. Apart from that, the result of the changes is that a lot of people will be severely affected and may even quit the game, leading to less players and less trade overall. The less players there are in a league, the less accessible the good items are.

BTW, I've never owned a devotion or played a discharge build.

If you think the laurels of POE rest in the hands of players who would quit the game over a discharge and COC nerf and 3 items which have been severely overpowered for nearly 2 years then POE would indeed be in a dire situation.

But its not and is not and a hand full of people will cry and some flippers will lose all their investments and everyone else will move on.

Cutting my edit here since you missed it:

I don't know why anyone thinks flippers will be affected in any way. The CoC nerf was telegraphed by GGG months earlier. Anyone remotely decent at flipping has long since liquidated their devotions if they had any.

Also, I don't think it will be a handful of people. It will be a lot of people since coc and mjolner builds were highly popular. The game was in a precarious position since prophecy league, now they gut some of the more popular builds and do nothing about the labyrinth - I'm not optimistic about the health of its population. Let's hope I'm wrong but I'm usually right with these predictions.
