Who are Strongest/Most dangerous Rogue Exiles?

There are dangerous rogue exiles...?

The only time I've seen a rogue exile that I'd consider dangerous was when I was in the last prophecy of the Deadly Rivalry chain, and in a t12 map with some pretty aggressive mods, I accidentally let a Soul Eater, tormented-spirit-empowered, onslaught Xandro Blooddrinker absorb about 100 monster souls while I was trying to kite him on my RF Totem character. It got to the point that I had to place a totem just to distract him long enough for me to run outside of his aggro range (since he was getting even faster), and he killed the totems fast enough that he could regenerate all of his health before I could do any real damage, even if I successfully permanently distracted him with totems.

But even that would be an easy fight on my current tornado shot character.

Agreed. I can wreck any and all exiles in seconds and barely take a scratch if they manage to hit me...except that SOB Flameblast guy. He's the only one that can do any significant damage to me and that I avoid facetanking...the rest are all a joke.

Did they also nerf the Vaal Burning Arrow one? (Antalie Napora == "Natalie Portman") Because that one with fitting map mods had one shot potential. Far more dangerous than Magnus. At least in HC.
No wonder it's lost, it's in the middle of the jungle!
Not many players really recognize Rogue Exiles by name. Or at least not many I've encountered. It's "Bear Trap/EK Totems Asshole" ('Vickas Giantbone', if the wiki is to be believed), "Lightning Spam McGee" ('Wilorin Demontamer', same source), and "Oh God dodgetheFlameblastdodgetheFlameblast...!" (the aforementioned Magnus Stonethorn).

Mostly you just learn to deal with Rogue Exiles the same way you deal with Nemesis rares and stuff - spot the effects and deal with those, rather than mousing over nameplates and trying to read them whilst in the middle of combat. Or just throw violence at them until they give up and fall over.

Only Xandro/Giantbone guy when leveling because they can stun you very easily (Xandro through damage/Giantbone through totems). Other than that Exiles haven't been very "scary" for awhile now unfortunately.

However do watch out for Uruk Baleh (Warband leader), he has an insanely strong skill similar to Vaal Righteous Fire where he suicide bombs you. Usually instant death.

What about Igna the Phoenix (RF + FB + Firestorm) and some other strong RF exile? They got nerfed or something?

You would be more careful with stuff you encounter if you would not be on Softcore with banal overpowered meta builds that needs nerf^

joebagz, Warband leader? Where I can even encounter him?

1453R, thanks for clarification. :p

Zrevnur, ok xd. Antalie Napora - what a great name.

depend on build I think

The hardest for me are:
- guy with bear trap and eternal knives totems
- guy with multistrike ground slam

I remeber when Igna was hard, now she is one of weakest exiles.
"Is there such a thing as an absolute, timeless enemy? There is no such thing, and never has been. And the reason
is that our enemies are human beings like us. They can only be our enemies in relative terms."
Poor Igna :(

Seems like a lot of people love "Beartrapguy" exile.
Magnus Stonethorn, if you are playing melee in hard rolled maps its not his flameblast that matters, its his molten shell which he can cast and blow up in your face without you having any time to react. It can 1 shot a res capped melee character with 7k life in a T10 map, completely broken bullshit mechanic imo.

Imo thats the only exile situation in the game outside of severe ghostings that should really kill a well defended player whos playing well. I feel like Stonehorns molten shell needs seriously nerfed and then just about everything else exiles do could be buffed a little for my tastes, theyre pretty toothless outside of the "lol this mechanic one shots melee characters without them being able to react, haha" moronic game ruiner that they seem to feel obliged to add and then never change because they never play their own game enough to realise its actually a problem.
I love all you people on the forums, we can disagree but still be friends and respect each other :)
Bear Trap Guy(s) are mostly awful because you can encounter them in dodgy maps where keeping mobile is (more) important, and/or get accidentally stuck somewhere unpleasant. None of the one-percenters who use this place as their bragging grounds will ever admit to having gotten pinned in a corner by a bear trap on an evasion-based (or low-level) character and bukkake'd to death by EK totems they couldn't get away from...but it's happened to them. It's happened to most everybody at some point.

But yeah. For the most part, Rogues by themselves aren't dangerous, it's when the wrong Rogue shows up on the wrong map and ends up possessed by the wrong ghost. Confluence of Bullshit, you might call it. Certain rogues end up dangerous more quickly than others - it'd take a lot of Confluence of Bullshit for Thena Moga to be threatening to someone with a clue what they're doing, but other rogues have the mechanics in place to be real pains in the manana if they can catch just the right set of booster mods.

Are you aware that one can use (at least some like blink arrow) movement skills while being bear trapped?
There are also skills that would help in such a situation if you cannot get out. Like conversion trap + cluster trap. I often have that in my setup. Probably wouldnt bother with it in SC though. And the EK totems can be converted too.
