(2.3) What are your most and least favorite enemies to fight/kill, and why?

I was raised on Final Fantasy, so I've become a bit obsessed with humiliating single targets as a demonstration of power. This means bosses are generally my favorite thing to fight. Not Malformation Piety though because her abilities completely ignore my Decoy Totem cheese on my Prophecy main. Frickin' beam & static area damage. Frick that. In particular, Malachai is a fun dude to slay. Whenever I have the excuse to, I love to run him (usually Plaguemaw III or whichever has "a certain very powerful monster" = Malachai's 3 cronies easiest way to try triggering it - did you know Heart of the Beast counts as a "very powerful monster"??? I sure didn't!)

In general, this means beasties like grizzly bears and Carrion Queen are satisfying to kill for me. They're like big ol' zits or bloody bubble wrap!

Drop bears and leaping mini spiders annoy me because they're so small and insignificant (and drop bears have more Life than they ought to. Why can't I squish you when you're so small, dang it!!)

I always love to fight anything with swords because I like swords. If I ever become insanely rich and buy a $1,000 design-a-unique, one of the ideas I was toying around with was a Unique Map with "Contains Sword-wielding Monsters" and maybe even "Contains 4 additional Sword-wielding Rogue Exiles"

I tend towards the opposite, actually - exploding giant packs of densely-packed microcritters is immensely satisfying, especially when I'm doing with with muh Frost Blades gal. Big fat zombie packs are just the best - lay into 'em for a second and watch a huge network of razor-edged ice explode all the Deadites! Such catharsis. Much satisfaction.

With the singular exception of GODDAMN MONKEYS. I hate the friggin' monkeys beyond all reason - I ignore them as much as possible in Act 2 and I hate when they show their cowardly little scatter-prone faces in maps. Anything that acts the same, scattering all everywhere for no reason, just bugs me. If not as much as the god damned monkeys.

Similar to the monkey issue, in 2.3 I really hate those spiders that keep running away with their bugged AI.

Also I made my first CI character this league in PSC, so the most fun monsters to fight are the ones which deal chaos damage. Their reign of terror is over!
Face it, all of your suggestions are worse than this idea:

drop bears and devourers annoy me because they give no real warning before popping up. It isn't so much the danger as the inability to preempt them or strategise that bugs me.
I've had a lot of fun with most mobs running a flicker striker, though anything with reflects tends to cause me to be suddenly reduced into a fine red mist.

my most disliked enemies on other characters are things like snakes and legion witches--they sit juuust out of attacking range and run off the instant you try to close in on them.
Most fun mobs - I like smacking carrion queens and bears for some reason, like the OP. And zombies because they don't kill me lol.

Most hated are those obnoxious spiders that run away. I hate them so much, esp when they're in a strongbox and one of them flees to Uzbekistan and I have to hunt for it. I hate them even more when they're my minions during Catarina quests when they literally wander at random and take about an hour to herd to the sculpture.
The Russian.
i hate monkeys because they run away
my english sux.
I like swarm of enemies - single shot of my railgun and everything is down.
i hate frogs
