In Pokemon Yellow I caught a Taurus first try. A classmate traded me a common Pokemon for it. In D2 I found a Zod while casually playing, another player scammed me out of it.

I got my mirror drop the first week of open beta farming merciless docks. Not only were there loot timers at the point in the game, but it was literally the first week of item and character permanency in the game. I nearly had a heart attack as it was so easy for stuff to get ninja'd during this time.

Of course had I known that leagues were going to be a thing and that I wouldn't play standard except for testing I wouldn't have used it. Still have my legacy Kaom's Heart though.
