Exchanging Scion Ascendancy Points for Jewel sockets

Yea it wouldnt be easy to balance. I dont think rare jewels would mess up the balance even if theyre worth a few exalts. alot of ascendancy points from other classes do way more. 7% life and 30% overall damage is strong but i dont think its broken compared to what other ascendancies offer. grand spectrum is another story though. 2 more jewel slots might radically change things.
