[2.4] PermaStun Crit EQ Juggernaut - 25c to 2ex <10 min full key Uber Lab, Atziri, T14/15
" Hey! Glad you're enjoying it! Sorry for the late reply man. If you still have the acuity's I'd love to give Core a shot with them if you're willing! That would be awesomely kind of you to let me borrow them. Emperor of Purity is a great idea! I'll put that in the main post, thanks! I tend to only cast IC if I see something terrible upcoming (devourers, melee auras, a pack of ranged mobs that will wreck me). And of course for bosses :) I actually dropped whirling blades. I'm just using Leap Slam/fa/blood magic (and fortify if you have a spare 4-l) and the clear speed is pretty good. It's much slower without faster attacks, so I would use that for sure :) |

" Hey! Tier 6 you should be able to stun without the Abyssus I believe. That being said I'd wager you won't be able to until level 80ish, and do you have added phys on all the gear you can get it on? |

" Hey! Unfortunately the only real alternative is not using abyssus and going into the armor node. You will be able to do most end-game stuff still, but much slower and the build isn't quite as good anymore. It is definitely a learning curve, but it's at the point I tend to not really use IC unless I see danger coming or for bosses. Enduring cry is pretty much redundant outside of bosses, just need a way to maintain physical immunity during bosses. That being said it also gives some clutch life regen as well. If you decide to do a physical reflect map, it's also integral. |

" Yes good call! You're right on the money. He'll gain more damage as he levels a bit more too :) Thanks for the kind words, glad you're enjoying it! |

Hey dan, first of all thank you for sharing this build i'm enjoying it a lot!
I would really appreciate if you could help me, as i'm having a lot of troubles here and due to my lack of experience in PoE i can't figure out a solution on my own. This is my actual passive tree:
Passives
https://www.pathofexile.com/passive-skill-tree/AAAABAEBAAAGAecEswUtBsYIsQ2NEdUS4RPMFCAUTRX2GJEaOBpVGmwnLygqKU8t0jboOtg7OzwFPfw__EE_QzFHfkp9TP9OKk_zUEdR5leXWGNYr1nzW69fP2BBYSFieWNwZU1p_nKpdO12rHdTeWh6731zgpuE74VSh3aLT4zPkFWUh5d5mAqaO5tqnsWfPp_Ln9-iAKLqpzCpbqyqrQmtjbakvJ-9Nr6nwAHAZsEExtjPftlh2sHelt-y45_kIuRR6GbqGOw47MvvDu988B_2SPcy_Es=?accountName=stodge821&characterName=MaschioPotente
Gear is nearly the same as you suggested (affixes wise i think the main difference is that i'm lacking some +life and +%increasd physical dmg) but i have a crap 5L armor atm and i still miss voidheart ring, my gems are not yet 20 and lacking quality on them (sorry i've been not able to figure out how to link my current gear). My troubles are in regard to merclab. It seems as if i'm not able to stun Izaro, and, with my 1 sec duration IC, he simply destroy me even in phase 1! The best i've managed to do so far has been standing against him for like 30 seconds. How are you generating endurance charges to enhance IC duration when there are no monsters around Izaro? I'm having the very same problems with lab traps: the combo of that moving spinning saws combined with the poison thorns that slow you has killed me at least 10 times due to the fact my IC is 1 second duration only, it's not enough most of the time for being able to safely avoid those traps. Considering i started this build with the intent to focus on lab farming... suppose you can see the point :P . From what i've understood by poe.wiki if i can't stun it means i'm not dealing enough damage to overcap the 20% stun treshold; in regard to this, from the offence tab of my character i'm noticing that "main hand stun treshold reduction" is always 45% which is equal to the bonus i got from passives alone (stun gem bonus non counted); where is it coming from that 97% you show on your attached screeny in the guide? What m'i overlooking? Another doubt is in regard to the 100 skill tree you have posted in the guide: is it the correct one? If i compare the 89 and 100 i miss 3 skill points on the tree (i can't see where they are allocated!). Thank you in advance wish you all the best \0 Last edited by stodge821#4677 on Aug 10, 2016, 8:54:11 AM

" Yeah, I still have them, I added you to my friend's list. I also have a 6l 40% belly with BBRRRR. Let me know when you want to make a video with them. My gems are all 20% (I vendored them) and might be 20/20 in the next few days. Who knows, though. I might hit 40/40 challenges (25 uber izaros left) and take a break until next league. What's your thoughts on Unyielding? Seems like a major damage boost vs. Unstoppable's speed boost

" Hey so sorry I didn't get back to you earlier, I haven't been able to keep tabs as much as I'd like recently. I know the league is ending so this is probably too late, but if you plan to play standard or pick the build up again in Essence league this should help. I would go towards unrelenting first. That's how I survived Merc Izaro since one cast of Enduring Cry would bring you to max charges. That being said you can certainly finish Izaro without those to begin with. You just don't use Abyssus :) Then you don't really have to worry about having endurance charges up, just dodge his big slams and his wave sword thing. I can't see your character on your account page (privacy settings), but since he's level 87 I imagine you got past this problem. In order to stun bosses reliably, you're going to need to use the stun gem, so either swap out increased AoE and deal with that loss until you can grab a 6-l, or grab a cheap 6-l for now (honestly a tabula is fine for early mapping). With that and Abyssus you should be stunning most things. I hope that's helpful! I'll work on updating the skill tree and making everything on the main page better come the patch notes on Wednesday but if you have any questions please message me directly and I'll be sure to get back to you timely this time. Sorry again! |
