inner force + purity + item level ( max resist discussion)

so my question is this:

is it possible to get +5 to max resist with purity if I have both inner force and my purity at lvl 21?

I need either someone who knows or someone who tested. From the current level progression it's hard to see what the result will be. And sadly taking my purity to lvl 20 is not as easy as 123.

Yes. Same for Tempest Shield. It's 4% block gets rounded up to 5.

I thought it only gets rounded down..

by the way is that with lvl 21 or is it together with inner force?

4% * 1.3 = 5.2% -> 5%

you don't need purity to be level 21. Level 20 Purity + Inner Force will already grant you +5% to max resists

what about lvl 21. Does that grant you 5%?

Hmm, so what is the equation that determines these values past level 20? Value x 1.2 for 21, value x 1.4 for 22?

out of curiosity, what would a level 21 Vitality gem look like?

I may be wrong but I don't think it's possible for gems to go above level 20 yet even if you have the +1 to gems affix on an item. The last I heard it was being planned for the future but had not yet been implemented.

With regards to purity however, judging from the gem progression stats:

I highly doubt a level 21 gem would grant +5% to max resists. a level 22 might, but the current pattern would dictate that a level 21 remains as +4% to max resists.
