One question about Temporal Chains description. Where is logic?

Everything is relative, just not only for you, or other objects.

If the game slows down your time in relation to any other objects, you, as an observer should see any other objects will be slowed down for you!

You are not an observer, though. You are the character, as seen in the past by the obnoxious sound direction system.
If time passes slowly, everything else will look faster. Time doesn't just pass slowly everywhere but in your brain - though that would probably lead to some nasty asphyxiation.

The description in game is hard to do however, because we are not actually our characters, and the skill description will have to work for using it on others, too.
Other things being slower would be the time around you.
So while it's not necessarily perfectly clear, and I wouldn't mind it changing, it's not per se wrong, either.

Isn't a "no" better than an ignore?

It's a magical world. Physics are different there. How does Faster Projectiles make Rain of Arrows shot into the air fall back to ground quicker? How can you be chilled while being on fire? How can a big hit hurt you through armour but you come out unscathed if you block it with a shield made of twigs?
