If dont consider pcoc, 10%fire pen is worse than 120%critchance. 120%critchance is 12.5% more dps for me.we have 50%firepen already, only when monsters have 70%+ fire res, 10% fire pen is better than 12.5%more.
Pcoc is a different play style, we have enough dps, you will find you have no time to cast pcoc mob already diy, or you need to move to avoid hard boss strikes.

I want to run this in Breach HC, but your skill tree won't load and crashes PoESkillTree when I try to load it. :(

EDIT: Nevermind, copied it over manually. Should be fine for HC. Wonder if Iron Will would give a decent DPS boost. Probably not, eh?
