Diablo III will crush this game...hell with ur beta!
I like the PoE skill tree more.

I think there will be room for both of these games. Granted havent played beta for either, but watched many gameplay vids of Force on both games. They both leave me with the impression of "I cant wait to play them!". However, PoE looks like the more gothic/gore gameplay I myself loved in D2.

" I started to accept it. First I thought: "WTF is this Shit?" But when I tried it its ok and not that difficult. Still I think that D3s customization system provides more in the long term. PS.: I also think that D3 might crush PoE. D3 will definitly be a lot better, but still PoE is well made and makes fun. I was surprised positivly though it is in beta. But I fear there are too many flaws in PoE which cannot be repaired. Last edited by Nasabot#4956 on Apr 7, 2012, 3:51:30 PM

I think POE has the potential of being as good as D3. Its a similar game with twists in its mechanics that I think is brilliant. However d3 has spent alot of time/money in development.

" Coca-cola (1886) and Pepsi (1898) are very similar products, coca-cola came first, Pepsi a few years later, after a hundred of years both still exists and have costumers that prefer one over another or both. So, its just like that, no game is going to crush the other... its not a competition. Both games will remain alive in the market for long years. Have fun! (with the game that suits better to your taste) ;) |

" What customization? The skill runes that everyone gets automatically or the gear that drops which has been simplified at least four times already? Don't get me wrong, I'm sure going to enjoy playing Diablo 3, but it is a mere shadow of what they wanted and told us it would be when it was first announced. Every patch they give either cuts or simplifies something despite the entire community being against it. Diablo 3 will be a great game, just not in a way that Diablo 2 was, which is what all of us in PoE love. If I'd ever got a chance to make a game, it would definitively not cater to the players that want the game to change instead of themselves improving in it. I think maybe 4 percent are against the changes, and half that percentage came here, so think about it, d3 has millions of people who are going to play, obviously you are going to see the complaints more dumbass, as for this game that's fine if you like it, but it honestly is lame as shit, no story line, and if there is its sooo bland. gems with skills is stupid, basically a copy of the rune system in d3 except you buy them, Also makes for bettter gems to socket your items instead of it having a skill on it. I guarantee this game will be put to shame by d3, this game will lose all its 7000 players who were on at once, only reason this "community" is any good is because its all you old nostalgic folk who cant seem to grasp the fact that games need to move forward, things need to change, old shit doesn't stay good forever, so how about jumping forward instead of taking a step back with this game? you have that in your signature, then the devs making this game are doing it all wrong by listening to what people want and changing things for them lol, blizzard is doing it the right way by taking the steps they need to improve, obviously it needs to be a game we need to improve on otherwise it would just be the same shit over and over for years and years to come, everyone always wants the old stuff back because its what theyre used too, you have no idea whatsoever how d3 will play out in later acts and as for this game you can currently play the whole thing.
