Blizzard has never stated "Q1 release", ever.

"Early 2012" has been the closest thing to a date that they have said.

Diablo 3 is overrated

Riot and Leage of Legends experience show this is not the only way, diablo 3 in my opinion have to much colors, like Viva Piñata

actually they have, it was in the "buy a year get d3" ad when it was first put up. it said:
"purchase the wow annual pass and get diablo 3 for free when it is released Q1 2012"

however, they seem to have taken it down and replaced it with just 2012 D:

its cos this game is under a genre called action rpg, which is more commonly known as a "diablo clone" everyone impulsively compares every arpg to dibalo even though it wasn't the first arpg to come out ;/

Good thing blizzard is able to keep the anoying kids away from here =P

Actually, this is quite funny....

I never heard about this game before.

I already bought Diablo 3.

realising it would probably be around a year before the game gets released, I will try this out - even sticking to it if it feels good.

Diablo III looks weak and probably is, because of the huge amount of delay.

More games like Diablo 3 / Path of Exile / Torchlight 2 make me happy.
