Farm ANY area where your character is on-level or under-levelled. Over-levelling an area is a surefire way to get no Orbs. Every good Orb that has ever dropped for me, every GCP, has always been while using a character on Normal who was under-level for the zone I was in. Did you know level 91 is the halfway point to level 100? This means that a softcore character dying ONCE at level 85+ can lose many days of progress. I saw a Dev post a week or so ago, which mentioned a 2.5% reduction in currency drops for each level you over-level a zone. Didn't save the link unfortunately. It didn't mention if that reduction is additive or multiplicative though. Oh, and once you are over level 68, for the purposes of that calculation, you are considered as level 68.
