You technically aren't wearing it at the moment anyway, any buffs you get from it come from the minion and I'm fairly sure you need rampage items just to start it up after which it perpetuates itself. I'll check it later. Wish the armchair developers would go back to developing armchairs.

Well, it's like this... you can swap weapons, the minion will still live and rampage will sustain itself, however the minion also applies a debuff to you that locks both of your hand slots so it's pointless to do it.
So nothing to work with here, seems that course 1 and 2 are the only options. Wish the armchair developers would go back to developing armchairs.
