Impossible Prophecies?

So, basically, this one prophecy. Requires me to encounter a Rare with the "Inner Treasure" nemesis mod.

I could probably run a hundred different characters through normal, without encountering one.

Seems like a really legit prophecy.

Not impossible. Hardly worth complaining about.

I think any rare will do, as long as it happens to drop an unique item upon death. But the real problem here I think is the normal difficulty requirement.

Maybe you are supposed use it in conjunction with one of the prophecies that makes 'a rare but powerful enemy' drop 1 unique.

I had this, and for me it was literally just a rare Voll's devoted in Dried Lake

Basically it seems like if the rare was going to drop a unique, it drops two.. but there's no specific as to what the rare is

If that is the case then i am less worried. The way the op wrote i agree it sounded like something that will never happen.

The Prophecy is that it will drop two uniques instead of one.
So the next "Powerful Foe" you kill, that drops one unique, will instead drop two. The Prophecy will force the double drop. Buddy had this one, only took him 20 or so minutes of fast combat.

Any rare works. If the rare dropped a unique it drops another one and the prophecy competes.

Okay I've tried this a few different ways now and to no results, if the people in the thread could specify exactly how they made it work I'd love to hear it :)

I've tried:
The Singular Spirit: You will slay a Tormented Spirit that carries a unique item.

The Sword King's Passion: You will encounter a powerful Mad Gladiator who will drop a unique item when slain.

Just a regular Unique drop from a random mob.

And just to be clear, this is on normal difficulty.
