Raider No Phasing while on Max Frenzy Charge

HI,
In Raider node "Quartz Infusion" it says you have phasing while on Max Frenzy charges, please see screenshot below, I don't have phasing while on Max Frenzy charge, not sure if this is a bug or I misunderstand the description. I'm having same problem... It also doesn't trigger on use of Silver Flask. Confirm if it shouldn't?

It definitely is bugged. When I have maximum frenzy charges, I also don't have the phasing buff.
This node doesn't work correctly! It is important to note that you can move through enemies, but it isn't shown graphically! You neither see the buff icon nor is your character transparent. Last edited by Wertlok1111 on Jun 4, 2016, 10:21:04 PM

Im at max frenzy charges 7/7... no phasing is going down. Im no phasing

Im having the exact same problem, NO PHASING WHILE MAX FRENZY, NO PHASING WHILE ONSLAUGHT, bacically the whole quartz infusion is useless, pls fix ASAP

Same issue here. I was going to make a thread until I realized there were some already. I was super excited to go Raider when they added the new bonus "you have phasing while at max frenzy charges" but it doesn't work at all so you get close to no benefits from your 4 ascendancy points on bosses.
