How to fix clear speed meta ?

Introduce new ability (base character stat)usually called "Stamina"

You´re loosing your power while moving/doing things

The faster and for a longer time you´re moving (or doing whatever) the faster you´re loosing stamina (energy).

It would introduce more tactics to the game.

On the other hand exping should be buffed (especially in higher lvl content)

What u think about that idea?

Here's how it would play out

Gameplay slows down for a while.
GGG releases new ways to interact with Stamina.
GGG keeps introducing more ways until it is viable to keep your stamina up all the time while rushing.
Those things then become 'necessary' for all builds.
Gameplay speeds up again.

Movement skills are not the problem.

In my opinion the only way to fix the clear speed meta that allows people to chain maps at an insane speed, is to buff and add new vendor recipes. The main problem with the clear speed meta is that people who chain maps and ignore 95% of the loot are richer than someone who wants to loot a single map. As well as being richer they are also gaining more EXP. There needs to be a choice between rushing for lvls, and getting rich.
Somone who want to fast chain maps and ignore 95% of the loot should not be richer than somone who wants to use 6 portals and loot a map, and then have to deal with the vendor downtime.

Aside from that there would need to be bigger and more dangerouse checks to stop the faceroll.
I think the 1st option is better.
It´s not only about movement skills (especially wb or turbo speed chars) but also about current speed meta.

I think game should be slowed down a bit. We have more choices doing it and "Stamina" is one of them.

Stamina and couple of other things would fix that though.
I would also make magic/rare/uniq bosses tougher (it should take more time to kill them) but they should be also more rewarding (in exp, items, maps)
So yes, ... you would still skip them but without being rewarded.

Iam not fun of reflect things and some skills aren´t affected by it anyway.
I would even change it in DoT way but on the other hand remove instant leeching.

Add more reflect mobs-reflect aura totem for all nearby enemies and reflect bloodlines mod.

Its like flasks, there is no tactic in them its just brainless spam. I dont even know why they arent passive auras and regens.
How do we fix slow as fuck gameplay meta?

I really like what i am reading here, but how would you do it? Triple the alt and alch shards you get for vendoring items?

Make it easier to watch TV while playing PoE. Distracted players will play slower > clear speed meta fixed.
