There was a guide a while back of an afk PvP witch that would just idle.
Worked for PvE as well, though the creator noted progress would be relatively slow. I think it's harder to pull nowadays, because he did it without the boots that didn't exist back when. Could actually be used with some sort of evasion build, so as to not get stunned during cooldown. I think reducing stun time to under 200ms should be possible. And yeah, very expensive joke build.^^ Zaanus:
