Hmm, you planned on making it self-cast only I hope? If we got a totem that unconditionally applies shock in an area we'd be all over that faster than you can say 'no more collecting souls for vaal lightnig trap'. I mean, Wither totems are getting a decent amount of use and it's a fairly specialized skill.

Well, not saying it wouldn't be cool to have Ball lightning leave a trail of shock behind it, and yes, I know mentioning PoE and balance in the same sentence is lately almost certain to give you a bad case of runs, but still.
