" Thanks, it does ring a bell. In hindsight, it may not have been such a good decision. Maybe if on crit effects were easy to trigger with moderate to low crit chance you would have made them less powerful and feel less broken on crit capped builds. Or be forced to introduce a 'one on crit effect per skill activation' rule, might have been healthier for the game in the long run. Wish the armchair developers would go back to developing armchairs.

" Exactly what I'm getting at, they still had to tweak each effect individually and create exceptions or additional rules for each effect, like the hidden CoC cooldown, the solution didn't solve very much. Wish the armchair developers would go back to developing armchairs.
