it depends on how you use it and as far as i resemble 71% increased stun is a lot, it's a build difference ofcourse, on sheer and pure dps ofcourse the first is better due to high aps. but..not much.. i could buy this and it wouldnt buff my dps with such a high dps that i can sacrifice 71% stun increase (depends on the build) (:
