Do you alt f4? *Smirk or use a script?

Only times I alt f4'd was during Perandus League's lag troubles where the game would let mobs beat on me for 10 seconds and couldn't do anything untill it caught up.

i don't alt f4 , played too much d2 to be slow lol .

Most of my deaths are derps or occur too fast and unexpected to react in any way.

But sometimes I manually log out (early) when I think it's not worth the risk. Alt+F4 is a no go for me, restarting the game takes way too long.

I don't believe in alt-f4 or quiting to save your character. 9 times out of 10 you put yourself in that position to die, you should accept your death. Closing the game or quiting should be reserved for when your done playing the game.. or a rage quit.

I've never really understood the idea behind this, especially in hardcore.

I have the script that closes my connection to the server, but I dont use it much. Its basicly for situations where my game freezes or something else goes wrong on the technical level. I used it in the past when I played only HC but these days I tend to play SC for the most part and dying in SC is mostly a joke unless you are racing to 100, which I am not.

Outside of races, I play SC and therefore, I just take the death. If I played HC more, I'd probably alt+f4 to try and stop a rip. I've done it in HC mode for other games in the past and sometimes it works. Other times, it's just not fast enough to stop from dying. Sucks, but it happens.

I don't mess with scripts or anything that would get my account banned. In fact, it wasn't until the start of this league that I would even mess with third party sites like poe.trade because I didn't want to run the risk of a banhammer. It wasn't until a friend showed me that devs were okay with some third party stuff and even encouraged it before I let up. What can I say? I'm a goody two-shoes. lol

even though the game is made around using alt f4 whenever something hits you, i still consider it blatant cheating and refuse to do it.

not sure how people do it. In lategame you die so fast how can you alt f4 in time. There is a delay on top as well.

I tried it once... didnt save me so i quit and now i just die like a man (this is also why i dont have a char above 92 cause i keep dying :D)
