Buying supporter packs does not give you ban immunity. And I'd like to see you try that logic with law enforcement. "I didn't buy sex, officer. I gifted money to a pimp and then some random girl just gifted me some sex." I guess that example only works where prostitution is illegal.

They are not the police, police officers get money from government, I bought stash tabs with SSI which is government money, i don't see police officers banning governments for paying them.

Regardless you paid someone money and the paid you back with currency/items...RMT no matter what way you cut it, and GGG are totally within their rights to ban you, even if you gave them thousands of dollars since you agreed to their term when you started playing.

They do ban for scamming, but usually on individual cases where game mechanics would prevent it normally and players ignore those features...thats not a scam
Other stuff depending on the severity of the scam (how many reports a player gets) will land them with a ban, there was a thread not even a month ago where the guy confessed his scamming and bemoaning the ban he received, he was un banned on the condition that he dose not scam again, if he dose, he'll be perma banned.
I gifted them yes, when I gave money to egpal it was on the basis they might gift or not gift exalts
