Yeah, both you and the OP have perfectly fine WinMTR runs ( yours was short, but I see nothing to indicate that anything would be different for a longer run ).
I'd say it is the ongoing server routing issues. If I had suggestions, I would give them, but I think there's nothing you'd be able to do. I think you, like some others are stuck waiting. Am having exactly the same issue as OP since a few days and created a similar thread. My WinMTR results look fine as well. I tried another network card with a different cable and switched my gateway but still got the "failed to connect to instance" error every now and then. Am based in the Netherlands and my provider is KPN - tried Frankfurt, London and Amsterdam Gateway but always get an occasional disconnection.

the fails from my playsession this morning:

Same issues here, started a new char yesterday but i'm disconnected to login screen with the 'failed to connect to instance' message every 2-5 zones. Wouldn't be too much of a problem if i was mapping, but now i'm losing serious progress every instance i disconnect that doesnt have a waypoint right in front of it. I'm done for the day, hopefully things get fixed soon!

i am having same problems here, playing more then 3 years whitout problems, since 3 or 4 days , keep saying failed to connect to instance !! really anoying, please fixxxx

Yeah I just hit a very lucky streak yesterday or some shit. It was back in the evening and now all day again.
I would stop playing if this game wasn't like heron. Now I'm just annoyed 24/7 not even enjoying myself while 'playing', or rather while reconnecting all the time. |
