Constant ping fluctuations for the last month.

Yep, just got off the phone with them, they had to reprovision our stuff from their end as I had a stale connection. Seems to be fixed now. I'm still getting a couple random spikes, but it's incredibly stable between 60-100 and the spikes I had were from lots of stuff happening which is normal for PoE. Seems great to be able to play the game now. Thank you for all your help.
