How do people get high dps?

IDK guys, after putting Peldge of Hands and gaining that +0 dps from it my damage has increased noticibly!
I compared speed with that 50K dps guy and I am so close to reach it.
He kills Atziri in her clone form right before she flameblast and I killed her right when she flameblasts and I have to take it to the face! :P
Btw 14K - 15K dps when I put concetraded effect instead of increased area for bursting those bosses.
And I did tier 13 map, with only 20 blades just walking and shattering everything not really caring about anything. :P
I don't wanna make new char, I just can't go trought all that leveing stuff, then trials then lab. This will do for now.
