Sell 4 6S items → 28 Jeweller's Orbs
Go to a vendor, choose "Purchase Items", find the Orb of Fusing item, use CTRL+LMB on the Orb of Fusing. You can do this several times.
Now you have 7 Orbs of Fusing in your inventory.
