Voltaxic Rift - i don't understand why it's good

Nothing wrong whatsoever with newbie friendly crap. Most builds have problems of some sort or other and require a number of measures to get around them, an item like Voltaxic allows you to skip some of those at the expense of lower power ceiling. So, to a build that properly covers all its bases it wouldn't be a good option, but for those that don't it's a godly item.

Similar to using a Myolner if you can't afford a fakener or just don't want to bother.

WHAT POWER CEILING LOL

What build can clear as many types of mods and as quickly as Voltaxic builds?

Newbie friendly crap, compared to what lol? Legacy windripper with legacy gear or glyph mark?

Doesn't really matter, I was more on the idea behind such items, it's 'noob friendly' because it solves problems for you. Honestly, I got no idea how it compares to a top tier ele crit bow, I'm certainly no ranged combat fan and, as Zed said before, at some point it doesn't even matter as ranged starts to cross over into the broken area.

I assume the power level will change somewhat when they take care of DoT double dipping in next major patch.
Wish the armchair developers would go back to developing armchairs.

Voltaxic lets you ignore all reflect and do shit tons of damage by double dipping projectile + chaos damage with poison.

Similar to guy above, i have never had a character anywhere close to my voltaxic sparker (and no, we didn't copy ZiggyD, he does a completely different build / class)

This is my guy and can do any maps through t15 easily (aside from blood magic)

1 bar from 94 and will hit that tonight, gonna be my first char to level 100 and so far has been easy peasy

I made a new character as a voltaxic sparker just to level fast, planning on repecing to my real build later. But I have to say, it is so strong I'm considering not respecing at all. I haven't felt this level of power since my flameblast prolifer back in torment/bloodlines.

Spark just has so many synergies with poison: skill duration, shock, projectile double-dip damage scaling, and fast hits that stack it up quickly. And there just happens to be a perfect quiver to complement the bow, along with the massive buff to the pierce gem. Also, the spark helmet +2 proj enchantment is insane. Too much power.

Just curious, what were you originally planning to respec to?
Was gonna do a vacuum character for ghosting, but spark is just too much fun.

Looks like the new patch notes destroyed the vacuum build anyways. RIP

the only reason it's good it's because "Ziggy said so" its newbie friendly crap which is shity at end-game maps, like most of what ziggy release.

Nice trolling...

Marauder, lvl 95, Marauder... Marauder, so my build is not optimal:

I'm still in testing stage but I can clear T13 maps without any problems, and 70% of the time I kill monsters without even seeing them, 1 or 2 screens away without worrying about anything.

So learn to trolling or learn to play, but something you are not doing well.
Bethesda is known for having good ideas and terrible realization of them. GGG is a Bethesda subsidiary or what?

Huh? What happened to them? Was thinking of rolling one.
And worst change is putting almost all bosses in new version of maps into fucking small areas, where you can't kite well or dodge stuff. What a terrible idiot invented that I want say to him: dude flick you, seriously flick you very much.

The old way still works, but new method with perma-stun on full life no longer works.

Right, so life and ES rolls on gear is noob friendly.

Also, weapons are noob friendly, real hardcore players use their fists with no Facebreakers.

Skill gems are also noob friendly, makes you clear faster.
