Juggernaut really is terribly weak relative to others.. but here's an easy, reasonable fix

The stats don't lie. Doing a test drive on all proves it even further.

Even the Berserker is more popular and appealing, rightfully so because of having Savage hit (unique capability) or 40% more damage (basically an extra DPS gem).

Champion.. is self explanatory. Perm fortify AND slight buff to it without having to trigger (unique capability in permanent AND extra gem slot).

Gladiator spell block, enough said.

You wouldn't want to touch Juggernaut if you want DPS, all you'll get is a 1000 accuracy bonus... decent, but again why bother if you can choose Berserker for DPS (or Assass) and get the accuracy through a few passives.

So you want to be some sort of tank, why on earth would you go for Juggernaut over Champion & Gladiator?

The endurance stuff, you need to trigger + low chance and low dmg mitigation. Unimpressive and insignificant.

The double armor just gives you ~5% or less increase in phys dmg mitigation, which is immaterial. Stun immune is nice, but no one cares about stun anymore if you're melee, you're Cyclone most likely or you do Lightning Coil and evade.

The fortify bonus is like a bad joke and a GGG run-out-of-ideas, picking up leftover scraps from the Champion I guess.

So all the above Jugger you can either get on tree, isn't anywhere near = a gem slot in terms of power, unlike pretty much all the other sub classes.

Here's the fix for Jugg which will make it much more attractive and worthy:

The freeze/slow defense is somewhat special and the one thing that Jugger has over other subs (even though there's flasks...). Right now, it is just cannot go below base speed, which makes it almost USELESS because yes, while you can't be frozen, you're slow as a fucking snail at base speed anyway, you'll end up using LS/WB/LW to get out of trouble, SO WHAT'S THE POINT?

The solution is to UPGRADE THIS NODE by getting rid of movement speed at base speed. Then Jugger will shoot up in choice, and be comparable to the other tanky classes... instead of hanging around those support classes.

Lol ? Do you not understand what double armour is ? Juggernaut isnt weak at all. If anything its one of the most broken Ascendancy Classes.

Have a 2500+ armour chest piece ? Oh, heres free god mode against physical hits, literally. You can hit 95% physical mitigation cap soo fucking easy and just throw the rest in damage.

You clearly dont know how to do math if you think double armour gives you fucking 5% physical mitigation rofl.

You can't get (much) base accuracy from the tree. Base accuracy stacks multiplicatively with the tree bonuses.

Juggernaut is also the only class which gets +1 Endurance charge. That's a decent amount of skill points for many builds.

Juggernaut's Unstoppable is amazing. There are some really cool things you can build with it.
If you cannot see the power of essentially immunity to Freeze, Chill, and Temporal Chains, there isn't much to be said.

too bad lightning coil still blows it out of the water.
I feel they should just change Unstoppable to "You cannot be slowed". That's really thematic (I'M THE JUGGERNAUT, BITCH!) and hardly OP, at least in comparison to some of the insane stuff that other subclasses get.

I am running a Cyclone Juggernaut Marauder with 8 Endurance Charges, which not only gives me a huge amount of protection, it also gives me 48% more damage AND 8% less elemental damage thanks to 'Unrelenting' (hello, 40% Berserker node ...).

On top of that I am using Fortify with my Cyclone, so it is pretty much active all the time when I attack something -> another 30% more damage AND 1.5% more health regen thanks to 'Unyielding'.

I am at 90% physical reduction with 8 Endurance Charges, even without using 'Unbreakable'.

Berserker and Champion seem inferior across the board in my opinion, at least for a Cyclone build.

I have to admit that I didn't pay attention to the difference in 'increased' and 'more' damage, the latter is certainly more powerful, yet I still wouldn't choose Berserker simply because of that.

My damage is more than enough to clear tier 12+ maps with ease and since I don't like playing in parties, what more could I ask for.

On top of that I get 45% more armor, 1.9% more health-regeneration, another endurance charge and 8% less elemental damage thanks to Juggernaut, which allows me to clear even the most obnoxious corrupted 8+ mod maps with relative ease.

I haven't tried Berserker yet, but I doubt it would go as smoothly for me with that class.
