Lord's Labyrinth quest --show finished but never received ascendancy points

i had completed lab normal 2 times now, and the quest said "Quest complete - You have completed the Lord's Labyrinth and earned your Ascendacy" but i have not received those points yet. Bug report reference number is 4,196,227,417

If you do the Labyrinth for the first time, you have to click on the Altar of Ascendancy to choose a class and allocate the first two points. In Cruel and Merciless, you can allocate the points from your passive tree.
Exit, pursued by a Plummeting Ursa.
