Not too sure i understand what you are trying to do. You will pur 7L in staff in order to get high mana cost? Why the +3 on staff than? If not, why blood magic on staff? Also there is really no need for more flask duration, since as it is its never runs out. As I recall, anywhere within 2.5 - 3.2APS for Shield Charge was fine. When I hit 3.4APS, the proc rate dropped. Measured using max BV stacks divided by base duration (5s in my case). Theoretical max is 20, and I was able to maintain 18 - 19. Yes, click at feet. Shield Charge scales with APS, Cyclone scales with movespeed (much harder to adjust). Anyway, I made the switch to Berserker. The difference in armour values and buffs messed up my damage taken, so I need to figure a way to retune everything lol :D 40% more damage too attractive to pass up. In actual fact there's no need to fortify or even stop to attack in T9. I grudgingly decided to shift Fortify to a separate Flicker Strike link, because too many sacrifices to keep it on Shield Charge (i.e. mana cost scaling). But it took 4 links for reliable Fortify and I'm not so happy with that. I only need 6 Fevered jewels now and can trigger CWDT 18. Haven't decided if I'm tanky enough or should downgrade to 16/17. I might record harder boss vids if I have time. But it works as expected - Fortify with 7K+ HP is decent, as long as you know when to move away. Ele Reflect is the only real problem left, but I'm not sure I'll invest the time to work that out. Been trying to do this build, but unfortunately, the 4 required fevered mind jewels at the moment add up to about 6-7 exalts, plus a scolds, it might just be one of the most expensive builds of the league. In perandus softcore, it's 2ex per jewel right now. 2 weeks ago, they were at ~1ex. Don't change anything for me, even at 4ex this build was too costy for me to finish. The +3 is for the vaal molten shell, as you would have noted from the gear, and then it's hacked together to also provide a high mana cost on cyclone. Obviously I won't get as high mana cost as you could with a properly corrupted bitterdream, but I am bound to have far more single target, at least when VMS is up. Yeah, I understand how it lacks organization. It works remarkably well though, as I guess would be expected.
