Question for seasoned players ab freeze with arc

Yea with some crit three dragons should work,

then again if your going crit you only need some cold damage to spells to freeze things. Like hearld of ice. Or +cold damage to spell on weapons.

alright, lets make it clear. you want to shock with arc, which you can achieve by:

1) converting lightning damage to cold damage. you do it with Call of the Brotherhood, and need either crit or chance to freeze. freeze duration will be based on your cold damage (the formula uses cold hit damage vs targets max life. base duration is 60ms per 1% of max life dealt. if the duration is lower than 300ms, freeze will not apply). when converting from lightning damage cold damage is affected by lightning damage modifiers

2) using The Three Dragons. you also need crit or chance to freeze, and the freeze duration is based on lightning damage
