Stats:
ES: Setup 1: 14440, Setup 2: 16680
Armour with Flasks: Setup 1: 119920, Setup 2: 87713
ES Gain per block: Setup 1: 4797, Setup 2: 3509
Armour without Flasks: 24458, Setup 2: 8465
ES Gain per block without flasks: Setup 1: 978, Setup 2: 338
Block: 78/78
Crit multi reduction: 50%
Resists: max: 76/80/76 total: 165/137/105
Dodge: 8% againts crits (boots enchant)
Swapping in the rare belt gives 8k armour and 200 ES.
Conclusion: The build can gain as much ES per block as some people have as total EHP, yes it's op. I've tested against Rupenus' and KeilC's KB, and HarleyCue's Fireball, and they can't reliably kill it, sometimes it takes several bursts to kill me, sometimes I live long enough my Anvil alone kills HarleyCue from far range (4k ES?). I still die a lot, the block rng is not strong enough long term, but most things below the mentioned opponents are tankable. Secondary damage, Scorching etc are not dealt with, it's not meant for it, roll a dps build for that lol.
I'd say I can fairly reliably kill your tank tho. I just have to stop firing if anvil starts dropping me down.
Since we tested I allocated 2 more ascendancy points into ES and Armour, and I also had wrong belt on with no crit reduction.

Hey why do you use blade flurry+cwc+Firestorm? the firestorm just recharge ES of other Aegis guys or maybe im wrong?
Let's be real, you won't kill other Aegis guys, maybe with scorching but then don't expect mercy. The main purpose of the 6L is the fortify, and blade flurry is one of the lowest mana cost channelling skill, and firestorm still has fairly ok damage without investment.

We figured it's much better to get in all the 3 auras at the same time, so I allocated 8 points into Aura nodes and got almost +2k ES and +10k Armour (97% mana reserved atm). I equipped a new elreon ring so I can still use all my skills, and a weapon with more dex:
New stats:
ES: 16 126
Armour with Flasks: 132 077
ES Gain per block: 5283
At this point I'm pretty sure Aegis is better than Xirgil most of the time. If you warp away all the time then Occultist is better, but then you should go Soul Strike, for facetank use Aegis.

I find it hilarious that you can get this much armor with only about 870 armor on gear.
So, after playing a non-pathfinder build (lul), and not relying on the immunities, I found out that Dousing flask removes current Scorching ray stacks, which as a tank can make it a lot more managable, if the opponent has CWDT setups, it can be enough to feed me with ES that I don't die, just a heads up.
