Whats the purpose of the labyrinth ?

So can anyone explain to me whats the purpose of the labyrinth is?

First of all, its boring. Starting with 18 "Trials of Ascendancy". Thats just pointless and ridiculous. Why cant they put 2 trials in each difficulty? Or even more why have not they put 3 unique trials in each difficulty? For example there is a falling blade trap but there is no trail that would showcase it. Same with door trap, i am sure they could come up with one more trap for example something explosive and make it to be 3 unique trials per difficulty. It would make sense, as traps introduced in each difficulty could be harder. But more important it would not be BORING and REPETITIVE as hell.

Second, its even more boring, as there is completely no reward what so ever if you fail, therefor there is no reason to try and complete it unless you are 100% sure that you will faceroll it. As you are outleveled and outgeard to make sure you can faceroll it the only rewards are ascendancy points and enchants. You are done with your ascendancy points after 3 runs (that will take more or less 30-45min).

Third traps are boring, i never even watch them, sometimes i get hit by everything, so what? I use pots to heal up and keep running. Great idea, slows, stuns and so on sadly it dose not matter because all the monsters are 20 levels below me and they do no damage.

The only reason to run labyrinth is to get enchants.So basically 10-15min run where i one-shot everything get no exp, no items and 1 in 400 chance to get the enchant i want. Or i am missing something here?

So far worst expansion. Its almost like developers cant think and use some logic.

Yeah oh my god why does the game have three difficulties, I mean it's just the same thing over and over and over again.

This game needs more LOGIC, so BORING and REPETITIVE.

Oh my god, maps are just different tilesets. Everything is just the same. Just spawning monsters and you kill them. More LOGIC please.

Oh my god, ARPGs are all the same, level up character, gear up, and kill stuff. SO BORING.

Go play some souls games and maybe you will learn what you gain from failing.

First you say you overlevel and then you complain that content is boring that way?

Well if you die you start over basically is his entire point lol like if you die in lets say crystal valley when going finding seeth but you were stupid to know the snowflakes were the walkway along with ice golems.

Yea and what it have to do with anything? You have not answer my question. The game could be way more fun if they would split the trials as i said. But no because no?
Labirynth has good density of mobs and its area is one level higher than Dried Lake. It is a great alternative for grinding exp on new characters if one is bored with Dried Lake or cannot yet do maps at a reasonable speed. Labirynth also generates quite a bit of currency even if you forfeit the fight with Izaro at the end.

Except the fact that even blue rolled T1 maps are always better than dried lake and labyrinth likewise. :_)
