FPS drops when I have a video open on YouTube

Guys, I almost always have a game stream in the background while playing this game and often in 720p and have 0 problems.

But I play in Windowed mode. Try Windowed mode.

I had this problem some time ago, this solved it.

There is a bug in Flash videos or maybe the AMD drivers relating to flash videos unassociated with PoE where the hardware acceleration changes the clock speed of your card (I can confirm on a Radeon 5870 something like to 50%). This happens whenever a flash video is open, regardless of whether it is playing or not.

The moral of the story is that if you have a fast video card you don't notice the cut in most situations because you still have enough processing power, but if you have a low end card you notice the 50% hit.

The solution is to close your Flash videos. Some people have found disabling hardware acceleration also mitigates this bug.

To determine if this is the bug affecting you, look at your video card processor clock with flash video open and closed. You can do it in AMD catalyst, or use a third party monitor like gpu-z or MSI afterburner.

My speed test results are,
upload speed:0.52 kbps
download speed:1.96 kbps
It has the best & accurate results for my internet speed test!!!!
