In case you are not trolling:

Typical millennial in their context is people who are roughly in their 20s or younger today that demand immediate gratification but also get bored with whatever was giving gratification shortly after because they demanded that they didn't have to work for it. A lot of people see the current push in the US for $15/hour minimum wage as this kind of mentality, some don't.

Essentially, op and similar people that assume something "fishy" is up with drop rates are just seen as impatient millennials that are used to games like D3 handing them shit and whine when a game like PoE doesn't do the same. They do not have the patience to understand that RNG is RNG and that different outcomes are possible, especially with their small as hell sample sizes. They would rather claim the world is out to get them by systematically cutting their drop rates on purpose.
