Do casters even use non-unique staves?

A godly rolled caster staff is probably second-to-dual-void-battery.

I mean you can roll +3 to gems, cast speed and spelldamage, and you get a 2nd 6 link. +3 to gem alone with level 4 empower makes a level 21 gem level 28, which is around 100% or more boost from level 20 gem, or 50%ish from level 21. You can also get Serpent stance notable.

The thing is, it's much easier to roll a Golden kriss with 90% explicit spell crit and 30% multi, than a gg staff.
