Decree of Fury is awesome.

the enchants and subclasses indeed posses great powers
I was expecting there will be something to compensate, like higher monster hp, but nothing came. The question is why we need that insane powers, when even without them, every other budget build can insta kill everything but handful of the toughest enemies? IGN: Eric_Lindros

" Mjölnir works perfectly fine here. It is an intended interaction, because it is a hit with your weapon. The same actually goes for some other Words/Edicts/Decrees as well. My ChaosTrapper actually enjoys the Inferno one, since it poisons enemies and just randomly kills enemies :P " My friend has an Edict of Fury on his TS ranger. It might not trigger anything, but it destroys the screen as well. Since it basically is a regular shot with his Bow, which does a lot of damage. All of the "on hit" things are quite good and actually feel meaningful. Decree of Spite is also quite nice since it procs Mjölnir as well (all that say "Attack with..." proc Mjölnir) and creates chilling ground when you are hit. Some of them are better than others and exspecially the on Hit ones are really nice, since they proc very reliable only two of them (Force and Fury) can proc Mjölnir though. The others are casts, which are of course not done with your weapon, so Mjölnir does not proc. Fury is really nice for CoC or Mjölnir, but also for any build that has a high damage weapon and actually kills things with the attack damage. For others Blades or Flames might be better. It is also nice that you can check your Word/Edict/Decree's Damage in your char-tab. |

" So much this. Maps drop like rain, nowadays. Not saying it is a bad thing, but saying it used to be better is just silly. :P On topic: I was surprised nobody is trying to get them. I've got Decree of Tempest, which gives me extra Molten-Shelly-like explosion every 10 seconds, which hits like a truck. :P " While some corrupted implicits might be better, you don't risk ruining your gloves by farming Decrees. You also don't lock them with colors (Vorici is an option, still, a harder one). It is far easier to get decent Decree on good rare/unique gloves, while it extremely hard to get Ele Weakness on good gloves. So I'd say this is pretty fair, right? :V Real knowledge is to know the extent of one's ignorance. Ignorance more frequently begets confidence than does knowledge. I don't get why this would get nerfed.
He is walking around in a lvl 67 zone. He could actually clear it faster if he just attacked. It's cool bonus damage, but I don't see why anyone would build this... Except bots. Oh no....bots. :[ |

You don't build it, you just get it.
Chars relying on their weapon damage can make good use of Fury as do any Chars that have Procs on weapon hits. The On Hit effects are just a Bonus you get every 5 or with tempest every 10 seconds. They are meaningful enough that you look forward to the next proc but not strong enough that they overpower your regular damage all that much. However they do allow to play aroun them... well if you could track that CD better. Tempest basically annihilates everything around you, so collecting some mobs for the next proc would be a viable tactic, if you wouldn't have to count to 10 manually :P |

I'm quite enjoying it as well! It's really cool to see all these swords shoot out in an arc.
I got it on and the weapon I'm using is (Oro's flicker strike duelist- character Talon__Karrde) It does something like 21k damage. Love it :) |

" Of course I could clear the zone faster if I attacked. But that's not the point. The point is to demonstrate how the interaction works. It would still clear in 77+ maps rather easily. But that's more the power of my Mjolner build. The point of the video, again, is to demonstrate the interaction. And it's not as if I don't attack. :P From my testing of more difficult content it does increase the clearspeed (more procs = more damage). Theorycrafter/Build Creator for PORTAL guild
