Passive skill tree not loading properly (chrome)

My fucking passive tree is not loading even if i fucking disable this fucking acceleration bla bla + delete cookis and cache. Why the fuck? WHY?! I fucking cant finish my fucking build omg and i have this problem now 2 weeks and couldnt fix it till today...
